In creative, of course, though.
I know how you can do it so you get only healing and strängt habe poithins and then go to the end and get the dragon to be killed and then you go and get some eander man and bring them to the egg and wait 24houers and then thay hatched

There is no way to hatch the dragon egg, its basically a trophy for defeating the Enderdragon. You can get the egg into your inventory by using the following steps: When you defeated the Enderdragon, a structure will spawn made out of bedrock with voidblocks and an egg.
