If i get reading between pin 1 and 2 (center) and reading from pin 2 and 3. On pressure sensor switch. Is it faulty? When pressure sensor switch close water inlet valve is the pressure sensor switch wire switch on motor to wash?
Ok I have A Speed Queen washer that's 3 years old. It fills to the top no matter where you set it. It locks after it fills so you can't check it unless you hit cancel for 3 seconds. I just happened to do that and saw I had it on medium setting but it was filled to the large setting. Is that the pressure switch and is it expensive to fix?
you can do some of the diagnosis first see whether pipe connected to pressure switch is not blocked or with no bend. Sometimes in long run pipe becomes soft and there might be pressure leakage. In that case u can just purchase new pipe. if not then pressure switch is around 500 indian rupee. Depending on machine cost may vary.
Just put your tester on 'ohms' (continuity)... and put it across the two wires coming out of it. Newer machines might have more wires... but if there is continuity its 'working', the problem is, like in my case, the switch will come on/off if i blow into it but it requires too much effort to do so, so my washing machine isn't actually able to switch it any more. So what i'm saying is, is that a multimeter will only tell you part of the story. Hope that helps. Make sure your hose is not leaking air and is securely connected.

most probably pipe water pressure pipe me bend hai. just check if it is required to replace it would cost around 20-30 rs
