How do you beat cpu Noob on very hard with Liu or Baraka w/o jump-attacking the cpu to death?! His pokes are NUTS with TONS of reach and are fast AF!

The cpu must be reading my inputs and does meterless corner combos when I don't block cos I'm trying to tech throws but the tech doesn't always work and it does his amp'ed special launcher and usually knows when I won't block it and kb-d2 it :P
