How to make mayonez ice cream (mayonnaise ice cream)

- Everyone was wearing mask so it all very safe.
Also, outside very cold. Need keep warm with slav drink.
Making mayonez ice cream outside takes like 20 minutes to 20 hours depending on temperature.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp mayonez
200ml heavy cream
100ml milk of cow
80ml sugar
vanilla pod
tutorial:
mix all components. better if they are all already cold.
do not mix pod itself. just the contents. watch video blin for instruction.
if you have ice cream machine, just throw the mix in for 20min.
if not have ice cream machine, go outside and start mixing. mix until done.
if outside is no freezing temperature, put mix in freezer. take out every 10-15 minutes to mix.
if not know what consistency to look for - ready ice cream feels like.. frozen heavy cream.
That is how you make mayonnaise ice cream.

Eh slavs only come in two types of build. I have two Polish friends that one is very stocky and the other is very gaunt. Same for the Russian family that lives next to me. The father is very broad and heavyset and his wife and son are very thin. Why they only come in two sizes is beyond me but such is life.

These videos remind me of the times I spent with a dear friend named Robert (your name in English, as you know) in his university office. He was the Russian history professor at our university, my academic mentor, and my supervisor on my honors thesis.
I spent every Friday from August 2018 and May 2019 in his office, talking about my research 1/3 of the time, talking about annoying students 1/3 of the time, and laughing at your videos 1/3 of the time. These conversations continued beyond my graduation, extending through the phone into my peace corps time in the Balkans. Every time you upload something new, instinct prompts me to send it to him so we can laugh. I can hear him chuckling at this one.
I can't send them to him anymore. He died three weeks ago at the age of 45. But when I see you upload something new, it still reminds me of him and an important man and friend I had in my life whose torch I hope to carry with dignity. So, I want to say thank you because the laughter you produce means far more than you ever can know sometimes. Keep almost burning the house down, cooking with axes, and embodying the Slavic lifestyle - because the elation and mental associations you can bring with it surpass what the human brain can comprehend.

Used kvass as a substitute in beer sorbet. Not gonna lie, not my favourite. I used Ochakohvsky Kvass which is my favorite (Most stores around sell Lithuanian Gira/Kvass so I have to special order) and it felt like a waste but an answer to a question I'm not sure many people ever asked until now was answered.
