Hi, how r u? As u know i arrived here last December and passed my mental OSCE, even though i was a registered General nurse in Mauritius, my 5yrs experience in a mental hospital was not considered. And now, i got promoted to the highest band 5 salary of £34,581 and they finally considered the 5yrs experience only and not half of it 😅. I'm extremely happy as before that i was already considering to move to Australia/new Zealand after 2 yrs! They even back paid me some £600, got £4000 gross and £1200 was deducted 😢
