I've used both and I find SynthEyes more powerful for challenging shots. I rarely get easy shots and I need software that can solve anything that is trackable (and even some shots that aren't trackable at all).
That's the problem with SynthEyes: features get added so often that sometimes, as tutorials I may have posted get older, features and UI changes happen later that simplify workflows.😉
