In junior eurovision they have to sing 65 or 70 percent in their native language. The rest can be in English, but it’s not a must.
The age range is from 9-14 years old. It used to be from 8 years, but I’m glad they made it 9 years, because 8 is really young

The girls from UK are actually 12 and 13... but I thought they were older too. Their voices are all really mature and they are gorgeously done-up for the video, but they're all pretty young.
Yeah they seem older in the musical video, but once you see them in their social media you totally get that they are 12-13 year old

Last time Armenia won Junior Eurovision and it was hosted in Armenia where France won and now it's hosted in France. The junior winner basically has priority to host. Nothing in the adult esc defines it.
