Dude im glad Lynch is fucking getting to that legend status where people are finally putting the context of his music aside and praising the lyrical ability within this legendary lyricist. He has them top tier collabs too, and If you have watched any of his interviews the past couple of years he has spoken heavily about how he wants to tackle the movie industry now and I'm excited to see it this is a guy that can create some seriously good Horror flims, the visualization that he can give you within his music as astounding I mean hell if you haven't heard season of the sicc listen to the very first track that's why he tells you to stop and go get high!!

I was living in southern Oregon in 1997 when someone at school passed me season of da sicc and it was like a portal to a completely different world. That cd gave me chills every time I popped it in. How the image on the cd was. The cover...it was like a grail item. That shit got passed around to everyone who listened to hip hop and it was like everybody's secret. Shit was just different. I picked up Loaded on cassette in 1997 and I was straight up giddy leaving the store with that in my hand. At that time you had to be 16 to purchase parental advisories and I was 14 and soooo stoked they sold it to me. I was nervous AF...like I was buying beer...lol. Best produced hip hop record of all time..the crunching of the leaves as someones walking, studio chatter in the background, first degrees weird spoken word skits...like texas chainsaw Massacre in the hood.

Its about time a documentary came up. The man is a fk'n LEGEND, like seriously the music and culture would be completely different today without his footprints there to inspire and guide others. And the impact his music has made isnt even strictly confined to the rap game. I know people from all walks of life, electronic musicians, djs, metal bands, homies frim europe, asia, latin america, young, old, OG,s thugs, squares, skateboarders, athletes, bus drivers, security guards, bikers, even high school teachers! Like im shocked just thinking about it as I write this comment how broadl of a shadow his music casts. And he seems to be pretty unassuming and humble, totally gives off " just another normal dude" vibes, despite his music having made a impression on a level that reaches globally, crosses cultures and lifestyles, and has contributed in shaping the sound and careers of some of the biggest names in the rap gane. Im glad that hes getting some of the shine and recognition hes earned over the years. Its long past due. Respect.

Im surprised Eminem hasn't reached out to Lynch. Lynch sent a message out years back , when he was asked what one rapper he'd like to work with etc and he said Eminem and looked at the camera and said "Em, if you see this. Get at me. Lets do something " i was hoping theyd hook up. But it never happened. Thatd be epic if they did a full album together.
