Finally, a video where the guitarist actually shows what his rig sounds like!!!
Man, I absolutely LOVE this guy's tone..
I've never heard of a drop pedal before this, what the hell. There isn't anything pedals can't do.
those swells
Wow oh wow that Matt Brasch is one handsome fella...oh yeah and the guitar sounds cool too 😅
Anyone know what song he’s playing at 2:52?
Disappeared With the Sunset by Cold Climb It, his side project in which he's the main vocalist :)
Man that Jaguar is nice as fuck
I don't know why he uses a drop tune pedal as they only play in drop c#?
If not can somebody enlighten me please?
he uses it to drop down to drop C sometimes, it saves alot of space and hassle rather than bringing an extra guitar on tour
vibes I get that. But wonder years doesn't have any songs in drop c?
If they do please show me.
Moose Warren idk he said it in the video though, maybe just certain parts
maybe there are certain songs that get dropped for soupys sake... its a common thing for bands to drop a half step in order to no put to much pressure on the lead singers voice. :3 i hope this is a bit enlightening
Moose Warren He uses a drop pedal to keep the guitar in standard (likely for intonation purposes) and be able to use alternate tunings. They use Drop C# in the studio and Drop C for live to give Soupy some ease on vocals.
