The channel hacked video was a laugh. He must have taken it down because he said he and his mates wanted to burn the hackers house down. He was so excited about getting the channel deleted, he just couldn`t wait to tell the world how great he is.
Sorry Matt but you're starting to talk a lot of shit about things based on your "opinion" (which isn't as informed as you seem to think it is). Genuine GB Racing covers are decent bits of kit and can make the difference between needing a new clutch / stator cover or not in the event of an off. Obviously if you chuck the bike off a cliff it's not going to matter but a low side in on a track day? Could save you a few bob.
Vs which one? You're talking a load of shite. At what speed, what the impact energy, what's the impulse? Got any data for this? What plastics are we comparing?
@@dirtygarageguy Genuine GB Racing vs. the knock offs on ebay. Obviously I only have anecdotes (which we know is not data) but the knock offs do not fare as well vs. the genuine ones. Which knock offs? Couldn't tell you specifically, but there are fucking loads out there. And anything that's carbon fibre is 100% fake. GB Racing do not currently, and never have in the past, made CF covers.

I'm not saying for a minute that they'll save your cases in every scenario, just a helmet won't save you from brain damage in every imaginable scenario. But they can make the difference between a mild lowside costing you a new set of cases or not. The genuine ones are also much higher quality and more durable than the knock offs. E.g. all of the carbon fibre ones are fake. GB Racing have never made CF ones.
