I think it does a fine job. I’ve done a lot of customization on it to get it to be a comfortable (clean and cool) cab and a reliable machine. I still have to thoroughly clean it every 2 weeks though. I’m interested to run an ASV 120/135 with a Cimaf, but with the current market for mulching it’s tough to justify the added expense over the Kubota. Kubota’s insurance is also a HUGE selling point.
I had a SVL95. Tracks kept jumping off (some of it was me 😂). But it was forever running hot and giving me some issues. It finally caught fire one day, when I was in it, and burnt to the ground. I got to tell you, it’s an uncomfortable feeling when you realize the engine compartment is completely engulfed in fire and you’re having to fight with that sliding coffin door to get out. But I agree with you, the insurance was a great investment!
Just curious, did they not want to pay the cost to bring the excavator over and be able to pop the trees and stumps out instead of just grinding the stumps down to ground level?
I tried to sell them on that very plan, it was a little more expensive, and I thought the outcome would have been far superior, but they didn’t want to spend another couple thousand.
how do you like the SVL for mulching?

FYI - your narration and music should be the same volume - with respect. Music blasts, narration too soft..
Thanks! I’ll pay more attention to the volume levels!
