- Buried is an indie horror game where the player wakes up inside of a box underground. Buried is a horror game that plays out like a one room escape room puzzle where you must locate and unlock certain objects in order to progress until finally you escape. Buried is a short indie horror gaming experience that leaves the player wanting more which in this case is a good thing! It would be nice if this game continued development that provided more scenarios that the player had to escape from. For example this level has you underground inside a wooden box but other levels could feature a situation where the player is trapped underwater with limited oxygen, or maybe another level where you are buried in a landfill which would provide an endless amount of creative ideas since anything could be in the trash. Hopefully this isn't the last we see of buried and this game continues to evolve and grow over time!

Interesting facts about Buried (2010) (1) Ryan Reynolds stated that he suffered from claustrophobia towards the end of filming (much like the character he is playing). This was mainly due to the fact the coffin he was in was gradually filled with more and more sand as filming went on. He describes the last day of shooting as "unlike anything I experienced in my life, and I never ever want to experience that again." (2) Ryan Reynolds later mocked the events of this film in his critically acclaimed Deadpool (2016) and Deadpool 2 (2018). (3) Ryan Reynolds accidentally burnt his arm from using the lighter.
He mocked the events as in, the character Deadpool during the movie/in the movie or actually Ryan Reynolds himself when filming said movie? 😲

For a game staged in a coffin it seems like there's a decent amount to do. It would be cool if it had randomized coffins for replayability

I’m disappointed that this game doesn’t have a mechanic to 1-inch punch your way through the coffin and swim your way up through the dirt like Uma Thurman in Kill Bill.

The body wasn't actually dead. They actually helped you escape by giving you the coin. Also what more could the developer have done to make it longer? I think it's fine for what it is. Making it longer could actually ruin the experience.
More puzzles before escape. But it would be cool if they added more scenarios down the road
