I try but didn't find a way, it looks hard or impossible to take it off without doing big work, please let me know if you find more info than what I have, thanks
@@5amVinyl did you just chrome delete the back while it was on the vehicle? I’m about to wrap my whole telluride and am glad I found your page. Just removing those panels to tuck the wrap on the doors will be helpful. And I thought I needed to remove the whole door panel to remove the door handles. 🤦🏽♂️

Great detail taking the trim off, but can you help with my problem on a newly dealer purchased one year old Sorento. The right rear door window trim strip where the door panel meets with bottom of the window. The back end of the trim keeps popping up no matter how much I try to keep it pushed down. Once popped up, I can lift the trim, exposing the which plastic clips to the front where the front trim is hooked into the frame. I push it all back down and try to have the black 'hook' catch, I guess back into the the door. Is there a way to get into the back interior edge of the trim to try an pry this 'hook' back into where it is suppose to catch and hook itself to keep the trim from popping back up. I can take a picture if it will help my description.
Ok I dont know how to do a DM but if you do please DM and we can text and exchange pics, Thanks for look at the video. Please subscribe and like also if you dont mind to watch my full some of my other videos to help in my channel
I never buy any of those pins but you can try amazon or disassemble the door panel to recover the falling pin, or maybe call the service and parts department at Kia to see if they have the part number or they may sell it right by the dealer near you
Sorry but no for now, I can said you need to disassemble the whole bumper not difficult but time consuming, there are clips or screws in top and by the bottom and also by the wheel well and the main connector to disconnect all wiring from censors and lights, I use the O-ring remover straight and L shape to deal with clips and one at the time in sequential order to make it easy, extra hands helps in the process. How did you take off the rear window trim from the rear passenger window . It’s the only one in the video you didn’t show it’s shaped like a sideways U

It can't be removed --- The trim. The only way to remove it is to take the window out. The trim is attached to the glass window from the factory. @@5amVinyl

👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Seems like Kia should just sell those pieces already painted as an accessory
Yes that will be nice option, I never investigate if they do sell it as parts, specially in black gloss finish
