Temperatures in Thailand 12 years ago when this was filmed were nowhere near as ferocious as they are today. Every year they seem to be getting hotter and hotter by a few degrees.

How could that food have been hot when it hit the table.

When it is 21:40 and it's 26 degrees Celsius, everything is hot. I live in Cambodia and the last few weeks the highs have been in the 40s.

Lived in Thailand for a few years, and not eating meat in Thailand is not easy, they put fish paste or source in nearly everything

Thailand is a tropical country, that means all year around if it isn't on rainy season, thevdefault temperature is as equal as non-tropical country's summer heat, or even more. ......You just don't expect a cooler like AC & fan to be enough to cool off anyone's body while doing a rough hustle & bustle, did you? Especially when the working environment is literally located in the traditional market during noon

The little bugs like cicadas fried are really nice. And unfilled wraps made with cricket flour--- good for you.
