Introduction to Constraints in Rosetta

Rosetta and PyRosetta use Constraints to provide more intricate and sophisticated ways of controlling the minimization or design of protein segments. This function might be used to encourage a model to adhere to specific structural restrictions ro evaluate features for which no score terms exist.
