I bought a phone (motorola one fusion plus) from Flipkart during the Big Billion days. Initially, the phone seemed fine, although there were some minor scratches. However, on the 11th day of receiving the phone, the screen cracked by itself. It didn't fall down neither did it hit any hard surface, the phone was just kept on the table and the crack appeared. The phone definitely had some manufacturing defect, but because there's external damage on the screen Motorola won't cover it in it's warranty policy and neither is Flipkart providing me any option to solve the problem

@@oopopopopop4673 I never said that the phone is sensitive but it's display is and by sensitive I meant if you're gonna use it without any display protection your screen gonna get so many scratches, currently I'm using it with tempered glass and my phone fell like 3 to 4 times at a height of 3 to 3.5 feet which results in several cracks on my glass but the display is totally fine Whereas there was a friend of mine who bought this same phone and preferred to use it without any glass or cover and now when we met he's having many scratches and ig 1 or 2 cracks (little in size) on his display.

I bought one fusion plus in 2019 November and till today 2024 it's working fine and this phone fell many times but screen never cracked.
