The two would often size up, take a few small nips, but if they were both agro as shit, the game cut right to the chase and had them kill each other. Regardless of how much health they both had. It was just a final throw down animation, and a winner was decided.
Just imagine if Skull Island(the version with the V-Rexes) existed in the Jurassic universe. Then we’d have yet another island to add to the list of deadly islands, which primarily consists of Las Cinco Muertes.
There's no canon look for the V-rex, cause it never existed. It's a theoretical concept. Plus this is a mod apparently. So it's not actually in the game.

T rex wins if it gets a good grab. and t rex will fight till death, their instincts ar that even when they know they are prolly gunna lose thy never back down. v rex does not carry that trait.
