Literally my favorite controller. The extra buttons are amazing for call of duty. Also, the Xbox and PS controller hurts my wrists after a while but this one does not
This has been my go to controller for PC gaming and emulation for the past three months. Love the way it feels in my hands. Still haven't used the back buttons for anything though.
I like the receiver for this. I had an 8bit SNES with the handles like this has. Thing would constantly disconnect and give issues. It was the controller that made me go back to wired. This though may be what gets me back into wireless.
8bitdo support assistant said that BT variant may connect but couldn’t guarantee to work properly. So they recommend the 2.4g variant only. Update they have 2.4g variant with Hall Sticks.
Looks good like the majority of their products; right now I have so may 8 bit Do and Retrobit controllers on the floor (and shelves where available) in my game and music room that it's hard not to step on them when I walk around, so I have to give this one a pass as it would be getting a bit superfluous from a practical standpoint.
I just bought this for my batocera set up and I was under the impression that you didn’t have to use the dongle to connect the controller that you can use the actual charger connected to the computer as the dongle and it isn’t working for me. Can you please help

you should bought the bluetooth version because it has 2.4 ghz also and it has hall effect thumbsticks so that it will not drift in the long run
