Mantra refers to a sacred sound formula that is vibrated repeatedly, as a process of purifying the heart and mind, allowing the innate brilliance within to shine out into every aspect of our lives. ‘Yana’ - abode or home
Thus the name Narayana equates to ‘He who is the home or abode of all beings’
