Great video! Can I ask you how are the connections where water or bleach get sucked (at the bottom of tanks? Like a pvc filtered pipe? Thanks in advance
I've notice a few other builds have a T fitting for the water whereas you (and us as well) have a dedicated water line feeding into the existing way and 1 to the metering valve) Do you feel there is a difference between the 2? Also, we don't have a check valve on our dedicated water line from 3 way ball valve to water tank. Should we have one?
No, solution bypasses when you're off the trigger. And it's a closed loop bypass as well. Very little solution bypasses while actually spraying unless you adjust the regulator down for less gpm.
Subscribed! IM LOOKING to get the proportioned from you guys. What are the lines that you guys are using to feed the pumps? and outlet lines? 1/2" for softwash? Tank to manifold size line? 1" soap line? 1/4" chem line? 1"? What size line is your softwash hose?
@@JaceF8 Our remote system does 2 functions, switches bleach over to water so you're running water through the bleach valve on the hydro-mixer and turns off the soap. When it's "off" soap is off and bleach valve has water running though it. When it's "on", soap is on and bleach valve has bleach running through it. You technically never have to close either valve on the hydro-mixer.
Calling Monday for another skid build from mid west these guys do great work.

There's a big difference, if you use a tee, you run the risk of starving the pump and collapsing a hose. Best to run two dedicated lines.
I feel the same, we will keep things as they are then. Thx
Why does the bypass go back to the manifold? Wouldn't it dilute the mix?

Great rig setup, do you run a gearbox off the ar45 pump.. also what's the model number on the ar45 .. thanks David from Australia 👍

What size line is your softwash hose?
5/8" softwash hose, water & SH 3/4", 1/4" soap
Are you using a booster pump running from your tank? Or does it drawl the water out of the top of the tank just by the pump on the ar45
Just by the pump, no need for a booster pump
What's the yellow hose go to??
Outlet to the hose reel
What type of hose is blue stuff? I haven’t seen that before.
Suction hose washingequip.com/shop/ols/categories/hose--tubing
No 3 way valve needed to flush the remote 3 way?
No, the 3 way is flushed out when you turn the remote off.
What is the purpose of the soap remote valve? Could you turn the soap off at the mixer?
Yes you can that. The remote saves you the trip back to your rig to do that..no walking back and forth to switch between chemical and rinse.
@@midwestwashingequipmentllc1209 I was talking about the smaller on/off valve. The larger 3 way electric valve swaps mixer and rinse right?
