@DanstengineeringCoUk Does the TPS tune deal with elevation changes well? It might not come up in the UK, but my car can go up 6,000ft in an hour on some of our roads.
I know every rolling road is different, but my car rolled 180 bhp with a 4-1 and a remap. BBR shows the same, with their "Super 180" kit. The video shows an IL 4-1 Manifold... so are we saying that ITB + custom ECU only makes an extra 5bhp? Hope this doesn't come across as rude. I'm genuinely curious why BBR show 225 from cams, 4-1 and ITB etc but your website states "200 bhp possible" just seems way off? It does sound genuinely awesome.
Quoting engine hp from a chassis dyno is nonsense, and only done in the UK as far as I know; it is an educated guesstimate, not a reliable figure. Tyre makes and pressures, and transmission condition all afcet the readings. How BBR think they can get down to 0.1 hp accuracy when they aren't even measuring engine hp is anyones guess. Nevertheless, I don't think ITBs alone automatically increase power; they do however massively improve throttle response.
We are not familiar with the flash mapping options available on the stock ecu - it will depend if the ecu is happy being run with a cable throttle (so losing some of the DBW inputs it would normally see).

Hi Dan can you share some info on how you got vacuum on this engine to run map with the itbs?
The ECU uses TPS rather than MAP for load. This is typical of most ITB setup's.

Hola dan cuando vas a armar un zetec rocam 1.6 con itb ? 🚀🚀

BBR is vastly knew to "up" their dyno score..
If you put any dyno on zero resistence/load pratically any car will make double the HP..
Can I make this kit work by remapping my stock ecu?

How much is this kit fully fitted?
Just the ITB’s onto the stock motor

Oooo sounds like a 4age
Always a good thing, we love the 4age (don't see enough of them in the Dyno unfortunately).
I’ve subscribed for 10 minutes and all I hear is that crap music!,not dyno !!, unsubscribed!
Skip the intro if it offends you. 👍
