I'm not sure if I want Malleus or Yuu to be Jane Doe more. Malleus makes sense because he's never invited, but Yuu was literally told by the dark mirror that they have no place in the world and their soul is practically untraceable. No one knows where they came from or what their past was. If you take the option to change Yuu's name literally then Yuu might not be their real name. Like everyone calls them Yuu as a nickname because no one knows who they are like Jane Doe. Or Yuu is their name and they went under an alias. There's so many options 😭, but I'll like either 👍

DOE PLEASE HEAR ME OUT ON THIS 😣😣 okay so not only does nobody in twst know who yuu is as a person or was as a person before they came to nrc, i feel like the players don't either (ignoring the novel/manga's enma yuuken). yuu never really talks about his family or friends or life in general before he came to night raven; and, unless i'm misremembering, yuu is starting to forget their past life. this in and of itself is absolutely *perfect* for the role of j. doe, seeing as her whole solo is that she longs to remember who she was and go back to her past life. yuu's goal from the get-go has been going home, just like doe's yearnings in 'the ballad of jane doe.' additionally, when doe is chosen by karnak & the rest of the choir at the end of the production, we learn who she was. you could easily tie this into a reaction video by making yuu doe someone that you want the nrc cast to react to (i.e. kim dokja or something like that idk 😭) there are so many beautiful connections one could draw between their characters but seeing as how that's the most obvious (and the most fitting), i truly feel that yuu as doe is a superior option to, for example, malleus as doe. because you run into some issues w/ mal as doe, the primary one being that malleus' character is simply too different from jane's. i don't mean their personality or vibes, i mean their actual character plots. malleus is an incredibly important national figure, surely identifiable headless (after all, draconic fae aren't exactly the dominant species in twst). additionally, i feel that the entire diasomnia cast would be able to identify their liege lord even if the papers somehow couldn't. ANYWAYS I COULD LEGIT WORDVOMIT ABT THIS CROSSOVER FOR ACTUAL HOURS TYSM FOR MAKING THIS UR SO HOT AND SEXY FOR IT ILYSM!!!!!!!!!! SO SO SO EXCITED TO SEE WHAT COMES NEXT
