Can you provide any info on the lighting you use for the mlm2 or do you just use your regular garage lighting? Just bought the unit (finally, and now waiting for delivery). Want to make sure I am set up well. Thanks!

Interesting how square golf launches with no subscription and is all the buzz and now rapsodo comes out with a life time for 500 which is way to much. New hardware will be out soon and you'll have wasted 500 bucks. It's just over priced for this changing market.

Outdate how? Skytrak released in 2014 and took 10 years for the plus model to come out. Its 2024 developers are able to make tech future proof with today’s hardware. If you are planning on having for 4-5 years then $500 saves in the end. If you want to spend $2k+ for a non subscription unit enjoy forking out $2k for a gaming pc and the additional yearly cost for the subscription. Everyone is upset that Rapsodo is $200 for 30,000 courses that can run of an iPhone and capture your swing and get ball measurements from a compact device

@qdub2012 square golf is better than mlm and has no subscription for 700 bucks. Why didn't they offer the lifetime subscription at launch. Only now that competition has arrived. I mean the constant connection issues I hear about the mlm would leave me wanting to get ride of it but it's to late now.

@@topgunbass mlm2pro is more accurate indoors plus can use outside. If you only use square indoors, then maybe it could be for you but the quality of materials with the square are bad. See way too many issues with internal issues with the wiring causing read issues and connection problems. Spin isn’t fantastic on the square. Saw a video and yardages were about 5-20 yards off from GC3. MLM2PRO has proven to be within a yard and less than 1% of all metrics. Seems like square has some things to figure out.

@@topgunbass if you want an exclusive indoor setup than buy a higher price LM the capability to be used outdoor and in with someone reasonable numbers for $500 plus $200 subscription is amazing. If you just want to play games in your garage for cheap than buy an old Optishot because using the share golf ball with is low quality and only 20 courses at some point is poor. Yes you can play Gspro but that’s an added cost. Square would’ve blown the competition away if it was safe to use outdoor and could use more premium balls. I can see them adding in a course package subscription ir a one time payment. Come back to this comment in 6 months and tell me how Square is holding up

@qdub2012 mlm had it's time and with that subscription that was outrageous for what they gave you on that poor excuse for course sim was laughable. Square with chipping and putting alone blows mlm. It should be 100 buck lifetime. It's just not a unit that will hold up a year from now. Dump it now. Or it will be dead weight.
