Grounded Gameplay of the new Grounded Update by Paraly5er but not with Sir Sim-Alot or JADECRAFT, there's also no Blitz Grounded or Jade PG, oh and no ImCade or Fynnpire either, certainly no Mediocre Milton, Obsidian Entertainment made the Grounded New Update!

The Acorn trinket would be used by a teammate who is playing a tank build, especially if another player uses the staff weapons.
Yeah I found the acorn trinket very interesting, my mate who likes to play tank and getting aggro using only lifesteal weapons will finally be able to swtich from his rolly polly armor and go full lifesteal with ladybug. Also thé fact that it ease the use or staff is great cuz we were reluctant to use them because of the aoe dmg.
Might be a useful trinket for Cryptic Fox so he can survive a bit longer playing with Nate!. lol
Won't help being shot off ziplines though.
Yeah I guess it’s good to avoid weapons which deal team damage like staves and electricity

The attack speed slowing of the goo trinket could go really hard in the IFB fight. Slowing her down from lightspeed to Mach 5 would help a lot

kind of wish they would add values to this game, so we can instantly see the differences in builds without just kind of guessing

Yeah, wiki does it’s best to give numbers but the game lacks them for sure

@@D0qyit can be simple and show actual numbers. Hiding numbers behind stupid fucking bars is pointless and only serves to mislead players. It's more complicated this way and it's a cringe way to design the game
For the average casual player it doesn't really matter, and honestly it's a breath of fresh air not to see a million numbers I have to keep track of. I do wish they explained the stats better though, like the armor stats for example.
You can get the firefly trinket just from killing enough. Eventually they will drop one. That’s how I got mine.
I got it before I even knew it was new
And I got it from picking up the dead body

I think the sturdy shell will be very useful when i play with my friends
My base is on the tree and I use my glider to get down it might be annoying for me

The "Sturdy Shell" trinket isnt the "worst" or useless. Its for Tank builds when you play with friends. Dont just put it off because you dont play that build.
But overall it is pretty bad
The only time it would work is if someone is playing tank and the other is playing wizard

@@jayreynotv3713 To be fair, even when playing with friends and using a tank build it is still by far the worst out of the 3 starter trinkets, and is still one of the worst trinkets in the game. To each their own though of course. It isnt 100% useless, its just bad
I like the idea of carring a stack of tifts and have my Thor's pendent on.

Would wish for those to be upgradeable along the journey, but they feel not that great. Sooner or later u switch them out
I hope the goop trinket does acidic damage and it can be used with fire ant armor.
Loadout for your videos to kill things easier:
armour: full widow armour
Weapon: Coaltana, salt morningstar, widow dagger, or sour battle axe (whichever perk you like more)
Trinket: thor’s pendant (duh)
This makes u a killing machine due to the widow armour perk giving you extra attack speed, crazy healing, ect. when you kill stuff and the sour battle axe is good here because 3 hit combos make it swing faster and faster.
Acid trinket and eyepatch for early damage spike.
Yeah and dying in one hit 😂
There is a new structure in the backyard it’s in the wall next to the pond it near the floating log in the water it appears to be a advanced version of a lab door there is currently no way to open it and only a fun little Easter egg on the other side of it (you can get to the other side using telepotties)
So people figured out, the acid gland trinket doesn't provide a damage buff, it just adds an additional little bit of acid damage to the hit. Good for the early game, but not useful after that.
Could you please do a 1.3 armor and/or melee weapons tier list seeing as the black widow armor set and sour battle axe have been insanely buffed?

My man, I love your content, but I have one request. Please _please_ update your thumbnail style, the mouth gape / overreacting face fad with a white outline and red arrow is so played out and annoying. Even mrbeast retroactively edited it out of his thumbnails. Your videos are exceptionally well thought out and insightful, and I want to continue subscribing to see what all you end up doing in Grounded and beyond. And for others to sub too so your channel grows. I genuinely think the thumb style will hold you back from that if not already. Please excuse the rant, I realize it's petty and I hope you take it constructively, and thank you for the info about the new trinkets 🫡

You forgot the speed droplet, or was this not in this update?
my guess for the bow would be once its fully drawn, its fully charged, cause that's how they work in real life
Nah not in grounded, you can’t shoot until it’s fully drawn, then after fully drawn the damage increase for a little until it hits max
8:27 wow, that effect is so annoying in first person.
The sturdy shell will be the op item during the next Backyard Brawl you end up doing with chudders and the rest

Hey, cool video as always. What do you think is the best all around 1H build in 1.3? Now that the widow dagger does venom instead of poison I find it hard to justify +poison damage. Maybe a full set of mother demon or mantis?
Hard to say right now, maybe mother demon assassin and fire ant armor combo
2:12 i guess it also makes u tank, it attracts enemy's attention to U, so Ur friend can attack from another side, like cut ladybug's legs or penetrate blackox'es ass (major threat effect)

Have a short unrelated question to anyone who has been playing 1.3...
Is there a chance obsidian drastically reduced the view distance (of objects/bases/etc)?
Ive been working on an oak tree base for months, that goes from the very bottom to the top branches of the tree, with several rooms and mini-bases in between.
Before the patch, every time I saw the oak tree from a distance I could see all of the base, stairs and stuff. Right now after the update, the distance is greatly reduced, can only see what's closer to me, and the end result is quite ugly...
Can this be configured? Did someone else notice it? I didn't find anything on the patchnotes, but it does mention they improved performance and RAM usage. Maybe they did by shorting the view length. Dont know. To be honest, it might sound silly, but its a big dissapointment for me.

It might have changed since they mentioned that it now uses less memory when playing on pc. So if it did it was to make the game run smoother

Kind of, the pinch whacker always zaps on combo finish now, but you would also zap in between too so overall more zaps yes
It's better to use multi tuffs than the trinket.theres Better trinkets out there to keep equipped.
Agreed but you can also switch between trinkets for when you need the tuft

Sour Battle GOAT for the win always
Idk what his widow build consisted of. But if you go that play style, use the broodmother trinket it does huge DOT.

I’m trying to use the waft emitter to get the trinket but it’s been pretty useless for me so far. Either it takes 20 mins if ever for anything to show up or I’ll get like 2 ants and a firefly. What am I doing wrong?
Nothing, the waft emitter is just annoying and slow as hell atm. Would recommend getting max aggression with like 5-6 items to get more chance of a tayzt

Pinch whacker always triggers on 3rd combo hit now and shocking dismissal is only after blocking but yeah lots of shocking

They NEED to change the walls and buildings back to how they were before 🤬🤬🤬 you can't decorate for Jack Squat now without the decorations clipping into the walls and not being flushed along the wall anymore
Might be a setting you have on like “auto stick to floor”

OMG LOL when I said that dandelion tufts aren’t really trinkets becasue they don’t have the sparkles around the item, the devs actually made that a thing LOL THEYRE NO LONGER TRINKETS

In custom settings you can adjust health scaling, guessing he did that
