The Paranormal series is terrific because they dare to do the unconventional design choices that actually make a lot of sense if you bother to put your biases aside and try some different things. Next to Teles, Strats and LP or SG Specials are some of my favorite guitars. Love this! Seriously cool design and sound.
Long time since I commented Collin but I have to tell you mate, keep up with what you're doing. I watch every show because I like your playing style and your a great chap. Also you keep it interesting. In these turbulent times we all need to put a smile on. 😊 so cheers my friend, and keep up the great work. Thomas from Idaho
I don’t think it’s ugly - it looks pretty cool actually. I like the transparent finish and the pickguard gives it a different look than the standard strat, plus it matches the headstock. 🤠👍

RUclips seems to have blocked this release from my view until now.. All of a sudden I found out the new paranormal series were released and now starting to find all the video's on them.. 2 months late! Awesome that you picked one of these up - I love this entire paranormal run, I want them all! There has always been some interesting stuff in these series but this year they really knocked it out the park. The stratosonic looks a little funny on its own but I think it would look great next to my les paul special tribute, almost the same exact spec sub some nobs. They even have matching maple necks. I would love to buy one of these and re-finish it to match my Gibson, but I almost want the rest of the models just as badly!
I have the original "Fender" version of this and it is fantastic, mahogany body, Gibson scale, P90 pickups, stop-tail bridge, really a "strat" shaped Gibson!

That's one of the best looking guitars ever. If I didn't have a couple of specials and juniors already I'll be all over a Stratosonic. More P-90 content, please!
I love that idea. A few years back I had a Blacktop Strat with two humbuckers and it worked really well. The late Robbie Robertson had the right idea too by shifting the pickup positions around on his Last Waltz Strat.
I think it might sound closer to an SG if you dropped a pair of Gibson p90's in it. I'm looking forward to hearing what it sounds like after the upgrades. Defo not ugly to me... I think it's very cool.
Colin, some afterthoughts. The tuners don't rattle playing amplified. A cool hack for the loose bridge posts, if that really bothers you, is to wrap a strip of foil tape tightly around the threads to make up for the few thousandths of play in the sockets, and you maintain the ground connection to the bridge and strings that way. Try it, it works! And shimming the neck to pitch it back and gain a little vertical adjustment for the action at the bridge is routine and what Leo Fender had in mind. I just use a strip of maple veneer for that but at the factories they'll even use a piece of matchbook cover. Or you can pay StewMac a few bucks plus shipping for a custom shim. The ears usually can't tell the difference.
It is the best and most beautiful guitar I have ever had in my life. I don't play another guitar anymore. Its 24.7" scale (like Gibson) is very comfortable. Its solid compensated Wrap-Around bridge gives more sustain. The ergonomic body of the Stratocaster is very comfortable. The Squier Paranormal STRAT-O-SONIC offers 6 pickup combinations: - Bridge. - Neck. - Both in parallel in phase (the usual). - Both in parallel out of phase (great for funk). - Both in series in phase (like a humbucker). - Both in series out of phase (for funk solos?). It has 2 defects: - Good extra shielding is necessary. (I have already solved it successfully). One of the pickups is RW/RP, so it cancels out hum when both pickups are connected in phase. When both pickups are out of phase or only one pickup is connected, it naturally doesn't suppress the hum. - Push/pull switches are very uncomfortable to operate. Conventional toggle switches are better. (I'll fix it soon).
I’ve never noticed the control knobs getting in my way on my Strat,---- until now. thanks😫 Lol It is a Strat shaped Les Paul junior.🎸 Love your reviews brother!👍👍
I've really been a fan of non-traditional and downright weird guitars lately. I used to be such a stickler for tradition, but having more choice of guitar flavours keeps things exciting. Strats are my favourite guitars, but I think the P90 options are very cool and I appreciate Fender addressing the knob placement for people who have a problem with it. Your mod of the bullet strat with the single P-90 and two knobs looks absolutely brilliant!
It's strange you say the bit about the knobs being in the way, because I just naturally find that I always strum way up by the neck...even onto the neck lol. I can't seem do it much lower it feels unnatural.
@@EricJohnson-fh8zj Me too actually! For this reason the knob placement on a Strat has never bothered me, and I can for the most part adjust my strumming placement regardless of which guitar. I do get a bit of anxiety when I see other people play strats wondering if they'll hit the pickup switch haha.
Playing with a Floyd disabused me of wild strumming. I keep to the arm tight so it's always up. Now I don't hit knobs with my right hand. You can still play with full feeling, just can't do Pete Towmshend windmill picking I guess.
Thanks again Colin for another great show. I believe the reason for most of your viewers, such as myself. Tune in is because of your authenticity, not buying a new guitar each week.
it's a cool guitar, I have one. I immediately noticed that the wrap around bridge was not as snug as I would like it, going to order Faber hardware for it. I also have a set of Lindy Fralin P90s as the stock ones are not bad but not punchy. I do like the pickguard look but would like to eventually get a faux tortoise one. Haven't noticed any rattle from the tuners yet but will be on the lookout.I got mine of the Squire website in exclusive Sapphire Blue. Great stuff and thank you for your diligence
Nice one!... I'm going for Faber bridge and the posts and bushings (hope they fit!).. have some Gibson P90's to try first and then maybe something a but more boutique.
I never gave the Paranormal Series the time of day, but I have to say this is one cool guitar! Awesome video, and the guitar sounds great! I can't wait to see how she does after your mods are done. Thanks for the content, and keep it coming! ✌
I think it sounds quite good. BTW Uncle Larry (Tom Bukovac) says that unlike other style pickups, P90s should be as close to the strings as possible for best tone.
I've really loved how this thing looks from the moment they announced it. Gives me old Epiphone solid body vibes, like a coronet or a wilshire, especially with the red finish and p-90s.
Great review, as usual. I F'ing love your channel, mate. I look forward to your stuff. I dig the idea of a gibson/strat hybrid. I've been staring at this guitar since it hit the internet but I've been waiting to pull the trigger, hoping you'd take a deep dive at it. So thanks! Anyway, cheers from Detroit from one old guy to another
I like the looks and the sound of it. I like Fender type necks with the rounder radius. The bridge posts are a problem and the wiring is strange but for $429.00 it is a decent deal.
I actually love the looks of the instrument. I have the same issue with strats with the controls but I love what you can squeeze out of a strats. Love Gibson also. I like the pick guard on and off too. Sure love those Tokais also. Keep the great content Collin. Thomas from Idaho
Colin don’t worry about showing new guitars all the time at this point make yourself a coffee or whatever and talk about guitars and music play a bit and I am in.
Dude (Mate), lol! Great video. I really think that guitar has a ton of potential. For the price, it is definitely a nice upgrade platform. I still felt like the SG sounded better but it's really hard to get a full take on the sound on the video. I've always wanted a guitar with P90's and your content is helping me get closer to a decision on that. I really feel like this was one of your best videos. The information, in-depth look at the details, and the playing was spot on. Keep up the good work my friend. Looking forward to a future videos on that black/silver strat guitar with the P90 in it. Be good! Cheers.
Well, some time has passed and I have had my guitar for a while now. I followed your lead and replaced the bridge with a Faber one. Not sure I can tell any tonal difference but I do feel better about it now. I also replaced the knobs with some solid aluminum ones that are knurled. They are really "grippy" and easily turned or pulled which is a huge improvement over the original knobs. I am still loving the guitar! Thanks for all the videos!
I just bought the tv yellow / blonde one and I freaking love it . I wasn’t a big fan of the out of phase push pull, but I leave it to one setting and VOILÀ ❤❤❤🤘🏻good work on this one❤
Hi Colin - I know its nearly a year, but I just watched this again and really enjoyed it - thanks. I've been looking inti the switching for these and I think I know how it all works. I was pleased that your video noted the issues with the series switching, because that's what my schematic said would be the case! (And none of the other reviews seemed to mention it). Anyway, if you are interested, I can send you a diagram. Also - I've made a small mod, so that you don't get the cut-off. When the series switch is selected, all three positions of the pickup selector are the same - it's like a series override from any other position. I've heard good demos of the series and parallel out of phase sounds, but as you said, I'm not sure its worth doing. I was looking into it for my Les Paul Special inspired guitar - with Epiphone P90 Pro pickups - I like them. If you're ever short of guitars, you can demo that and give me marks out of 10! For anyone interested, a quick search on my channel name will get you to the website - I build my own designs now for charity. Cheers.
I started watching this video just because I find your playing inspiring, Colin. But by half way through I wanted one. I tried a Squier Toronado with 24.75 scale and was excited by the 22nd fret. However it felt crowded in the upper register. I returned it for a Jazzmater.
Absolutely incredible that you only have 47k subscribers. I have a strat and put 32, 7s on it and it is amazing with very light strings on it. Another great video. Looking forward to the upgrade on that guitar to see what kind of difference it makes.. cheers
Bought one of these a few weeks ago. It is, at heart, a Stratocaster - even despite the wraparound bridge, the P90s, the scale length and the looks. The Indonesian Squiers are a bit iffy in my opinion but the Chinese ones, like this one - are superb. I know what you mean about getting used to Stratocasters. My first decent guitar was a JV Strat, because I couldn't afford to upgrade from my Les Paul copy to a bona fide Les Paul. It was so hard to get used to, but once I did it became my favourite guitar.
Thanks, Colin. It'll be interesting to see how the Gibson/Epi P-90s fit in the Strat-o-sonic, (if, indeed, they do), and how they affect the sound. By the way, I do like the look of this Squier. Wouldn't mind one myself in the yellow.
I’m happy you made this video! I am a Strat player, and I’m mostly not a Gibson person, even though I do have the Epiphone LP Special inspired by Gibson which you reviewed a couple years ago. I generally don’t like Squiers, but this one is actually pretty cool. I might just have to get one since they’re not expensive. I love the p90s, and the stoptail and tune o matic, but my experience with squier necks is that I don’t like them, too thin. Anyway you do a great deep dive on this one. As you always do.
Very Cool, Thankyou. Stunning Guitar and playing as always. Today I Received my Tokai Vintage White 'Telecaster' with 'Rosewood' Board, been playing it all evening since unboxing, SO Awesome. Build Quality is Outstanding as is Playability. Very fun Guitar to play. All the best. Cheers
I bought mine a couple of months ago and had the same thought about the bridge pickup not making a sound when you pull the volume knob. I took it back to Guitar Center, where i bought it, to exchange it but all the others did the same thing! So, it's either the way it's supposed to be or they're wiring them all wrong at the factory. I'm glad to see you compare it with the SG. I traded in an Epiphone SG Classic to get a Strat-o-sonic because the SG neck was too thin and I couldn't get used to it. The Squier neck is much more to my liking. I suspected the Squier pickups were lower output but I couldn't remember what mine measured on the Epiphone. I did have to change amp settings for the Squier to get the tone I had from the Epiphone. I'm a fan of low output pickups because you can always use a booster if you need a little more grit. Whereas, high output pickups you start with all the grit and have to roll off the volume to calm them down and that's too much thinking for me. I like to just stomp a pedal and go. I'm pretty happy with the pickups but I'm looking forward to seeing if you swap them out and what you choose. I was thinking you may be able to put some plumber's (Teflon) tape on the bridge posts to get a tighter fit. I'll try it next string change. As for the scale length, I love the slinky feel. My main guitar is a Hwy1 Strat and of course the Strat-o-sonic feels slinkier than it I think it feels even slinkier than my SG did. As for the looks, I really don't like the yellow one. The red is a little too hotrod for me but it's alright. If you check Fender's website, I think they're offering one in blue now as well. I think I'd like a black one. But I don't think a sunburst would look good. You didn't mention it had a 12-inch radius fretboard. Another nod to Gibson. Overall, I think the Strat-o-sonic is a solid guitar for playing classic rock and Blues. Thanks for the deep dive into it. Stay cool.
I have the exact guitar and all your critiques are spot on. It’s a great guitar very comfortable to play without the knobs in the way. I put a .25 shim in and that not only leveled out the strings. It just made the entire guitar play and sound better. Eventually it will get new tuners and bridge but it’s fine for now and is my #1 go to guitar. Thank you for the detailed review!
I'm with you on the Strats. My biggest problem is that middle pickup. I'm always catching a pick on the corner or one of the protruding slugs. Then the sound. But in terms of quality for the money, a Fender USA is second to none. My USA Strat is an amazing instrument and I absolutely love it...just not as much as I love a Gibson. In my opinion, there doesn't need to be a new guitar every week, or even a shootout or anything like that. There's plenty of folks doing that. Not that I wouldn't rather watch that sort of thing here (and I will when you put them out), but I'm not out for never-ending guitar reviews - just a comfortable chat about some aspect or other of guitars is great. Keep it up!
I guess I am lucky with my playing style, I never have any problems with Fenders or Gibsons or really any guitar as far as hitting knobs, pickups etc. I tend to lean on the bridge like Colin too.
I cannot decide if I want to convert one of my existing Strats into this sort of spec of just get a Strat-o-sonic. What I do know is that I really loved this video. Thanks for making it!
Along with that 339 that I told you has been calling my name, I played one of these at my last visit to Guitar Center this past week. I do like Strats and I like Les Paul/SG Specials AND I like red, especially this type. I used to drool over the Fender version of this years ago. GAS is sooo painful.
after buying 4 new guitars in two years I swore off new stuff for a while. Then Squier releases this. I like strats and I love my Epiphone Coronet...kind of a combination of the two.
I passed on this one...but couldn't pass up the Paranormal Jazzmaster 12 string in gorgeous Lake Placid blue. Totally weird but lots of fun, pretty good player too
Hi there, Colin! Thanks a lot for doing this one, no surprise you chose it for a review with that attitude to strats 😁 I'm with you on the weak bridge pup, "stuff in the way" thing and Gibson scale length. In fact I find this guitar very attractive looking with that red-black color scheme and visible mahogany grain. I'd probably consider buying it if I didn't have a Harley Benton LP DC junior fat with a P90. Also a shame the posts and electronics are not as they should be. Btw I have found a strange thing with P90 guitars though - don't feel the need to have a neck pup as opposed to HB equipped guitars... The neck seems too much on the dull and dark side here IMO, too.
Awesome video, thanks! I picked up this guitar a few months back and I really love it! I too prefer Les Paul type guitars for the same reasons you do. I have a Gibson Les Paul Special with P90s and I wanted something with a different body contour and lighter weight. I also wanted a lesser priced guitar. This one fit the bill perfectly! I cant wait until you upgrade it and I eagerly await the video. BTW that Gibson looks GREAT with or without the pickguard!
Hi Colin,... I used to have the same issue with Strats you have,... as a Gibson / Tele player you get used to having your palm on the saddles ... one day it clicked for me! I just had to move my forearm more forward on that top carve and all those problems with the control set placement went away... and now I can go back and forth between a Les Paul and a Strat with ease ... :-)
This is one of my favorite youtube chanels. Pretty much because of my interest in epiphones they are my favorite brand. I had a taught, if you were Dumbledor, fender would be slytherine and gibson grifindor 😅
Great video as always. Loved your playing. I always look forward to spending time with you on Friday. I hope you'll one day review an Epiphone Nighthawk. Best guitar channel on RUclips! Cheers🎸
I genuinely love the Squier Paranormal series. I'm currently saving up for the Paranormal Offset Tele, I've tried it on a music shop and it's very comfortable and feels nice.
Friday is mental health day and it starts with a double-espresso and Colin's magnificent videos. Colin you've got my algorithm. I've been reading up on this one since Monday! My dream is a Strat that sounds like a Gibson. Some pundits claim one needs 3x3 tuners, set- in neck, and the density of mahogany. all for tonal effect. Thanks and cheers!
Thanks for keeping the pick guard (sorry, the Eastman would be pristine if it had one)…. The hybrid strat sounds great and looks cool. Nice guitar playing this week.
Am new to your channel. This is the 3rd video, of yours, i have watched. I find them very interesting and informative. I subscribed to your channel. Thank your for your efforts in producing these videos.
Darn it Colin this is the 2nd new guitar I've bought after seeing it on your channel! 😆 I liked it when I first saw a picture of one and the whole idea behind it. Then when I watched this video and your update on this one. I really started to get G.A.S.! Tried one at a local guitar store (red) but then happened upon the TV Yellow one about a week later brand new and bought it after trying it out. Love it and thanks again!
The looseness of the poles is really anoying. The rest looks good to me, if I want an SG I buy an SG, so the pickups are ok with me. I find it more of a beauty than SG´s, defenetly not a deal breaker. Not ugly at all ! Thanx again !!!
I think it is interesting to cross a strat with a Les Paul Special...I do like the TV yellow offering better though! I just got this week a Paranormal Cabronita Thinline Tele in sunburst and it has JAzz Master pickups! Very light guitar and sounds great!
Great guitar review. As for the pickups I would install a set of either Duncans or DiMarzios. To rectify the bridge problem I would replace the stock one with an aluminum locking Tone Pros. Being a new guitar added expenses shouldn't be necessary but I do think that the budget price has to be factored in here . Additionally I would install locking tuners. I put locking tuners on all of my guitars. I really dig the lightweight. This was my first time seeing your channel. I suscribed immediately. 🎸👍
Colin this is a COOL guitar! When I first saw one I was really wowed by it. I love P-90s and you normally don't see them in a Strat. I love Gibson and Epi SGs. Whether they're HBs or P-90s. Have a few and own the Gibson version of your Epi. P-90. Loved the brief little comparison between the SG and Strat! They both sounded good yet the Strat sounded a little honkier/more Fender-ish if that makes sense. I like it but I won't be buying one. Cool though. Nice playing by the way! 👍
This review pushed me over the edge from “not sure” to “definitely gonna get this guitar eventually.” Sounds like it’s perfect for someone like me who loves fenders and strats but really loves the gibson scale length.
I agree with you…I love the “feel” of a strat…the modern C is one of my favorite neck shapes and they play great…but I block the trem, put in a humbucker and drop the volume knob down to the middle position…and Bobs your uncle👍
I dont like strats either, but I own the same model and its the perfect guitar platform for me. I prefer Gibson scale, set neck, 12" fretboard radius and pickup types. I really like the modern Fender C necks over the chunkier & wider Gibson/Epis I've tried, and there's no denying the strat shape is pretty damn easy & comfortable to play. I normally play a Gen2 Revstar & Reverend Warhawk 390. That said, I replaced the stock pickups which I found thin sounding, and got rid of the fancy switching options.
G'day Colin, I like the look of that Strat. I'm not a huge fan of the Fiesta Red Strats, but the transparent red looks much nicer. It's a crying shame that the body's been routed out for a piece of wire though. A hole could have been bored from the neck pocket, though the neck pickup cavity, & on to the bridge cavity. Then you could whip the pickguard off. Thanks for another great video. See ya next week Andrew
Nice review. I like the concept, and the execution of it looks nice, but I'm not really crazy about the sound of those pickups. They sounded a little dull to me. Too bad it was wired incorrectly. It would be nice to know your thoughts on the series' wiring. Glad to hear you are keeping it. I hope you will post and update.
The presenter is one of RUclips's best guitar guys.
Keep on going and the word will spread.
Thanks man that's appreciated! 😊🙏

Agreed it's very cool looking, just got one yesterday! (Aged yellow)

What “original” Fender model? Never heard of them doing this model.

My favorite outro jam thus far. Thanks for another amazing episode.

Friday is a day off for me and Guitaristas, tea and a biscuit is becoming a nice little portion of my routine. It's the little things 😂
Just put a blue transparent Strat-o-sonic into service. Man it's amazingly great out of the box with just a quick tune (how did I get so lucky?). That sapphire blue looks killer too! Thanks for the film review mate!
I just bought a blue one for $300 US last nite from Fender direct. Can't wait!

Really? I'll have to watch it again and take a look. I've seen it a hundred times. And any excuse I can get to watch again I'll take it lol😅
He actually shoved two single coils together; I always thought it was a humbuggie
We love Strats like Hendrix, Clapton, Beck, Gilmour , Blackmore and many others. And we hate Gibson!
@@exceptions9263Like the Squier Contemp Strat Special, on sale for £175 at Thonman for Black Friday week? 😉
Omg I would love a whole episode on that Strat you busted out! That thing must have an interesting story
Now you mention it, It certainly does but I’m not ready to share it just yet 🤔
Just got the blue one used off reverb for 360 Us . I'm a Epiphone SG P90 guy as well, I like that this Squier has its own sound. Love this guitar!!!!
"Let's Play Something 1" was incredible! I think I enjoy your playing as much as your knowledge you convey.
Thanks Tony! 😁🙏
I think it might sound closer to an SG if you dropped a pair of Gibson p90's in it. And also if the pickups weren’t so close to the bridge. That’s the big factor. Not the wood, or bolt on neck.
The Squier Paranormal STRAT-O-SONIC offers 6 pickup combinations:
- Bridge.
- Neck.
- Both in parallel in phase (the usual).
- Both in parallel out of phase (great for funk).
- Both in series in phase (like a humbucker).
- Both in series out of phase (for funk solos?).
It has 2 defects:
- Good extra shielding is necessary.
What did you use for extra shielding?

Cheers mate! 😁👍
Nice review. Two cts pots. Ditch the switching. $430 usd. It's a very useable guitar. Cheers brother 😎.
it's a cool guitar, I have one.
Yes worth experimenting 👍
My favorite guitar channel is on!😃
I've really loved how this thing looks from the moment they announced it.
So thanks!
Anyway, cheers from Detroit from one old guy to another
Brilliant mate, been looking at these and thinking about picking one up, you've confirmed it will be a fun addition to the collection!
Thanks, and cheers! I'd been curious what these were like! Good review!
😎🙏
Dude (Mate), lol! Great video. I really think that guitar has a ton of potential. For the price, it is definitely a nice upgrade platform. I still felt like the SG sounded better but it's really hard to get a full take on the sound on the video. I've always wanted a guitar with P90's and your content is helping me get closer to a decision on that. I really feel like this was one of your best videos. The information, in-depth look at the details, and the playing was spot on. Keep up the good work my friend. Looking forward to a future videos on that black/silver strat guitar with the P90 in it. Be good! Cheers.
Cheers Bob! 😎👍
Thanks Collin learned something today with the tone rolled off with fuzz and some riff inspiration!
I’m late finding this video, but I really like it! Well done, sir.
I wasn’t a big fan of the out of phase push pull, but I leave it to one setting and VOILÀ ❤❤❤🤘🏻good work on this one❤
and because you are not a strat guy this channel is exellent and stands out. best guitar review channel on the tube! :)
😊🙏
Damn Col, you certainly played the hell out of it on that outro! 😂👌
She sounds great, I have been loving P90 lately so I dig this. I love Strats for the body comfort. Thanks for another interesting video.
The more I look at these the more I want one. Brilliant video! I bet a set of Full Monty P90s would be ace in that!
Cheers.
Cheers Simon! 👍
Ahh, it looked better with the pickguard off! Thanks for another great video.
🤣👍
I started watching this video just because I find your playing inspiring, Colin. But by half way through I wanted one. I tried a Squier Toronado with 24.75 scale and was excited by the 22nd fret. However it felt crowded in the upper register. I returned it for a Jazzmater.
Great review. Being able to see you give it a full playthrough helps relieve my GAS - now I don’t need to buy it just to try it
Absolutely incredible that you only have 47k subscribers.
I own 5 Indonesian Squiers and they are all superb equal to Chinese any day. Guess different people have different luck.
Thanks, Colin. It'll be interesting to see how the Gibson/Epi P-90s fit in the Strat-o-sonic, (if, indeed, they do), and how they affect the sound. By the way, I do like the look of this Squier. Wouldn't mind one myself in the yellow.
Really love this video. Thanks !
Oh jeezus! It’s a proper stoptail, not a tune o matic.
Happy Friday! Taking by the looks and sound of it, I can't stop thinking about my Epi Wilshire :) cheers. Peace.
I shall bring my Wilshire out for the comparison video! 😁👍
Cheers
Nice one! 😁👍
I think it's amazing!! I was planning to have an Epiphone Les Paul Special and now I'm puzzled. Thanks for the deep down!!!
Stay cool.
I'd be very interested in a follow-up after your upgrades. As I'm thinking of doing the same on mine. Great video!
Picked up a blue limited edition one from Fenders website for $300 US. Love this guitar. Has quickly become one of my favorites.
Cheers David! 😁👍
This is nice to see. I would like a P90 guitar and was thinking of building a P90 strat at some point. Maybe I’ll just get this.
Another great video, love the colour of that Squire 😍
That's a lovely sounding bit of kit. Anything a bit out of the ordinary is welcome. Like the Tele, series switch option is always a nice addition.
Along with that 339 that I told you has been calling my name, I played one of these at my last visit to Guitar Center this past week. I do like Strats and I like Les Paul/SG Specials AND I like red, especially this type. I used to drool over the Fender version of this years ago. GAS is sooo painful.
You are fantastic thank you for sharing with everyone ❤❤
Thanks for supporting it’s appreciated! 😁🙏
Lovely outro playing!
😊🙏
after buying 4 new guitars in two years I swore off new stuff for a while.
Coming this week!
I was curious about this one. Thanks for the video.
Great review,love my friday viewing.
interesting Blackmore played a 335 for years.
i can switch from a strat to my sg no problem
love both sounds.
When a fender guitar goes to college and says "mom, I want to be a Gibson when i grow up". Interesting bit of kit tbf
I’ll be looking to see you revisit this once you’ve changed the pickups!
Great video as always. Loved your playing. I always look forward to spending time with you on Friday. I hope you'll one day review an Epiphone Nighthawk. Best guitar channel on RUclips! Cheers🎸
fantastic guitar... was wondering when you will do the review of this guitar . 🙂
I genuinely love the Squier Paranormal series.
I'm currently saving up for the Paranormal Offset Tele, I've tried it on a music shop and it's very comfortable and feels nice.
Every Friday. Cheers !!
Cheers mate!
Thanks for supporting its appreciated! 😎👍
😆👍👍
@@theguitaristas thanks mate!
Very interesting look at Fender/Squier "p90s." I've had a Fender Noventa Jazzmaster, with the 3 p90s, for a while. It sounds incredible. Great review.
I could not believe the epiphone bridge until I saw it for myself at a guitar center the other day
Thanks a lot, Colin !!!
The looseness of the poles is really anoying. The rest looks good to me, if I want an SG I buy an SG, so the pickups are ok with me. I find it more of a beauty than SG´s, defenetly not a deal breaker. Not ugly at all ! Thanx again !!!
What I fancy this week is some jammy red wine, cheers for the permission Colin!
🤤
I think it is interesting to cross a strat with a Les Paul Special...I do like the TV yellow offering better though! I just got this week a Paranormal Cabronita Thinline Tele in sunburst and it has JAzz Master pickups! Very light guitar and sounds great!
Cool axe both of them. I really liked the Fender Jazz Tele from a few years ago. Tele with Jazzmaster pickups and vibrato...very cool!
Cheers man thanks for supporting! 😎👍
Would love to see if you get a Sire H7 reviewed. Loved the look and feel of the T7
You're excellent mate!😎
G'day Colin,
I like the look of that Strat.
See ya next week
Andrew
Cheers mate!
