However, the fight got finished with a head kick knockout in the first round, and that kick was super calculated, not accidental. So, there IS NO EXCUSE of short notice. This is a solid victory for Islam Makhachev. Actually, it was Volk who was supposed to Ko Islam in the first round. It was his only chance. Islam beat him in his own game.
