Video Idea:
As any creature, you can only do thing that fit their description, like the auraron, it barely leaves the water, but usually when ppl play as an auraron, they are out of the water probably having a conversation.
Omg this, yes. I always felt bad for the developers who created the map, because they were envisioning creatures being in each ecosystem and acting according to their behaviors. Instead we got Oasis. 😭

They should make the desert very hot, and creatures can over heat. Or you get a buff from being in the correct habitat. They also should make certain plants spawn in certain areas and those plants also give you a buff if it is the correct plant.

omg this is the best idea! I wanna do this myself, sounds fun...it's just the players in the server might ruin it unless yea like mostly underwater then I can get fish. example: carnivore, living in swamp. I guess mystery meat for carni, but herbivores...imagine plants in tundra but you live in a desert-

Now THIS is what creatures of sonaria should be as survival you need to hunt, and battle to survive, not just sitting around in groups, but running around the map claiming territory fighting off what ever enters.
Yes, but unfortunately there is no restrictions for players who want to treat a survival game as a chat room
so many players sitting on the oasis or other places wth water and food and chatting
i think it should be a territory system
any creature have needed space if it dont claiming territory it will get debufs until they claim territory
now territory is a place where a big and strong player is sitting and killing everyone who gets close
@@hannatorenc9379 I think what should happen for there to be a menu, which you can then claim red woods, plains Swamp etc, maybe not as big as on place but a bit of it, and then for attacking it you should press on a claimed territory and the invites others to attack it(friends or packmate)
Tbh, killing to survive is annoying. Imagine being an elder and dying to something pathetic. That's enough to make me scream and cry. It's why we should just make the game the way it is now. And ban KOSERS. (Those guys are cringe...)

Some things that would make this game better:
Reduce meat spawns so they'd only keep a single tier 3 alive at each location.
Death rewards for herbivores tier 3 and below would be double, to greatly increase their numbers.
Make plant spawns reliable by season, or spawn in a clockwise rotation, to create reliable migration of herbivores that predators can stalk.
Something else useful would be to disable Logging- maybe if you log while in combat, your creature dies. Although, that could be problematic for people with bad wifi- or people being attacked by an Ankle Biter, who can't menu, and just want to get a different creature lol
@@pineapple_of_doom4646 i think logging should still drop meat, as it is a concession of defeat.
I don't think it should kill the character, as someone with unreliable internet I would legit be scared to play.

I honestly think there should just be a few food spawns like, 1 - 2, the game is honestly more of a pay to win game now, not really a survival game, I remeber survival games were ment to be kill others for food.
But then there are the people who stay at oasis the whole time
Tip for chasing faster things: Ctrl is for ambush speed, and being a carnivore, Para has it-its pretty useful if you use it sparingly, despite the extra stamina drain, and it's a lot faster than flying and dive-bombing (at least for Para). Para is far faster on land than in the air, and sprint-falling (holding shift while falling) is faster than the dive bomb for it
Also, given how Para deals burn upon hitting something, you could theoretically bite something a few times and trail it while it loses hp due to burn, but that's situational and entirely dependent on whether or not the bitten person logs or not + if you're able to track them at all

i think zoto knows this. he is youtuber for COS. pretty sure he’s done a video about Den, which requires ambushing into the water. he’s not dense.

Me too, I do nothing but sit around, and eat until someone hits me, and i’m a Kendyll.
I think they need to make player meat fill more hunger, so players actually kill instead and there is more of a reason to do so.
Fun fact: Oasis is never safe run while you still can.

This has to be one of Zoto's best survival videos apart from the aeries one. It has him hunting for food, battling for survival, and escaping possible threats (like Moemola) this is a good SURVIVAL GUIDE to Parahexilian!
I really wish I coulda gotten the Para. It’s my dream creature and I’m too broke for it :’(. I do have an idea: there could be 2 COS worlds, one that is more of a hangout game, where the food spawns as usual, and then another experience, that intrigues this type of survival, where food doesn’t spawn. Also I was really excited when I saw that this video was 16 mins long.

All the gameplay start really awesome , the surviving , the killing , trading ... But after a year ...

I'm still remember that old oasis is a hangout place, but since there is a new hangout place in the new map oasis is not really a hangout place now. Also, old oasis is bigger than the new one, so it's kinda sucks... if sonar studios fix the bug and some update in the old map it will not that sad, like everytime i remember the old map i just wanna cry, since i have some memory in the old map... i like the old map than the new map... but i just can't really accepted that sonar studios add record and make it as a main map
I did not know incognito was a thing and I will now ne using that when I kos and swap between kosing and being casual in the same server so that people don't mob hunt me even when I stop kosing.
