Wow David! As an Interior Designer this Town home has it all…. I love all the “attention to detail” Toll Brothers is truly the best. Another great video…Thanks.😁
Hello David What a gorgeous home I love the lay-out and i love how is so open i love the kitchen and i love that the dining is right next to the kitchen and i love the living room with all the windows its a gorgeous home And the pantry (stil no cookies) is so correctly and i love al the cast bed and bath rooms but the primary bedroom and bathroom is the best of all the bedrooms thank you for showing us this amazing home take care and have a nice day sincerely Anja
Very nice David. It really is a beautiful town home. I love the rooftop deck. My only problem is I'd need an elevator. Fake knees and hips do not go with all those stairs. But my cats would love all the windows in the place. Thank you for the video. Have a good weekend.
Definitely interested in this home. Will be in contact! Do you schedule showings? Also, is this phase 1 or 2, etc.? Noticed that there are 6 more of the style we like.
⭐ David great video as usual, by the way a colleague of mine baked some home-made cookies, and I thought you Sir. On the other hand, when I was a kid I also dreamed of a 2 or 3 story home. However, once I got into the medical field and witness patients of mine selling their homes, due to being unable to climb steps I decided against it, or at least the home must offer a first level bedroom. This is a nice property, although my better half stated that the primary was too small & the closet as well, plus the upstairs terrace is way too close for comfort to have any privacy. With that said, have a great weekend... Abrazos
There is just no way I'd be hauling groceries up stairs every week in a 'luxury' home. This, like all the other 3+ story houses I've seen in Las Vegas, really needs an option for an elevator.
I love it……. Love it
A very interesting lay out
David, I'm also a Realtor in town and loved this video!
Beautiful
I love a luxury compact homes. Nicely showcased home by Toll Brothers
I love everything about this home EXCEPT the 2nd floor kitchen. If there's no elevator option,it's a deal breaker.
When I win the lottery I'm coming there asap cause that house blew me away
