This looks way better than any Asian salad kit I have ever had before! I love how fast it came together too. Well done, Andrea!

That looks delicious. Homemade allows you to add more of ingredients then what comes in a salad kit. So fresh looking. Yum😊

You are so right! The homemade version allowed me to eliminate the extra sugar I don’t need. Thanks so much for watching, Catherine! ~Andrea

Hey Andrea. This looks like a great hearty side dish. 😋 The kind of side dish that is good in hot weather and will go with many different entrees. 👍🏻. Thanks for sharing 🙏

Hi Howard! You’re so right. It’s very versatile and goes with a lot of different entrees. I think I might add some grilled chicken to it next time. Thanks for watching! ~Andrea 🙂

This is almost identical to the one that our family makes (my sister made it for nearly 20 years before she finally shared her "secret" recipe with me, LOL!). The only thing different is that I toast all the "crunchies" in the oven on a sheet pan, and then our dressing recipe has a lot of sugar, yikes, yours looks much healthier! This was one of the first videos we ever shared, it's such a huge hit whenever we take it anywhere, so so good! Have a wonderful and blessed day ---Stacy

Hi Stacy! This salad is one of my faves. I've had it before at potlucks, but never made it myself. The other versions I've had did have sugar in them. I enjoy them both, I prefer the savory soy flavor. I like the idea of toasting the noodles. I think I may give that a try next time. Thanks so much for watching. Have a wonderful evening! ~Andrea

This sounds good. We eat something similar with Wai Wai noodles. You must try them too.

Can a toaster oven be used?

I haven't tried toasting nuts in a toaster oven, but it should be fine. I'd keep a close eye on it. Thanks so much for watching! ~Andrea
