As a Buddhist for almost two decades, I've found that the Law of Attraction and non-duality are paradoxically intwined and how we react is determined by how "I am" I am.
Regarding "the personality remains after liberation", Nisargadatta said "When the ‘I am myself’ goes, the ‘I am all’ comes. When the ‘I am all’ goes, ‘I am’ comes. When even ‘I am’ goes, reality alone is and in it every ‘I am’ is preserved and glorified. Diversity without separateness is the Ultimate that the mind can touch. Beyond that all activity ceases, because in it all goals are reached and all purposes fulfilled."
Thank you for this. This fills in a lot of gaps, you both dovetail so well. I love how you talk about the most subtle aspects of realisation, so much really resonates and I have not heard it articulated anywhere else before. The openness and humility in your relationship is a real treat to witness ❤️
There are many levels of awareness. Focus seems to be a major contributor to "being awake" but even that can be a source of distraction, but you have to be aware of the distraction to be distracted. Anyone who achieves a new level of lucidity will look back and have to honestly say "I thought I was aware". Meditation in my youth really helped to Kickstart my deeper level of inquiry into possible perception of things I never considered before.
Such a great discussion on staying in awareness of triggers. Also, each one of has a brand, a channel ... our egos. Your interactions bring out the wisdom in each one of you. THANKYOU.
I'm fascinated by how I'm still over aware of my appearance in this process, which makes me curious about Angelo's hairdo in front...😊 - I feel I "shouldnt" care as much about my appearance (or others) when I'm "awake"
this concept & kids games and other activities that give a non-verbal cue on these realities, the earlier the exposure the better chance they have of being. edit- Male and female stereotypes are broken down to Yin-Yang but it's not two it's one that is the totality of human experience which has been understood for far longer than we're willing to admit, we've forgotten. *reminder*

66 years old with severe ADHD. I bought the book - oh dear I finally tossed it. My diagnoses is twice exceptional and when I even listen to your podcast/RUclips channel I can’t follow. I would love if either of you could give an explanation - like you would answer science questions to a freshman.
