He’s definitely a fantastic signing. I heard on ESPN that, he would pay private sports companies to help him improve his game. His awareness, vision etc. Since then he’s improved year on year. That’s real dedication. We’ve got a really special signing😁

I didn’t think they’d be able to sign a proper Mané replacement but then in walks Gakpo. Dangerous cutting in from the flank. Played well as a SS with Holland. Player profile feels spot on for the team.

Being a captain at 23 shows a lot of maturity & leadership from Cody. We have a few captains in the squad now and it bodes well for the future of LFC
Virg, Robbo, Hendo, Cody, Salah - those are the ones that immediately jump to mind. But then players like Thiago, Milner, Alisson, Matip, and, really, just every player of our squad have that captain mentality - there are leaders all over our pitch, all in our dressing room, and we're all the better for it!

Liverpool are finished and the entire team, plus the manager, is on the decline. Salah: past prime, Firmino: past prime, Van Dijk: past prime, Thiago: past prime. Robertson, TAA, Konate, Diaz, Allisson and Jota are players you can build around, and while Carvalho and Elliott are good, I don't see them developing into needle movers. Verdict is still out on Nunez. I think he'll be much better next year.
Maybe it's only me but I get a vibes of an excitement and expectations oozing from this lad, the same vibes as when Ibou just cone to this club a couple months ago. 😊
