Also Jetfire seemed to degenerate quite a bit after being left to rust for a mere few decades in a museum, so most likely The Fallen would have suffered from somthing akin to this, as we didn't see him very active before OP's death, and even after that seemed quite slow... Seing that Jetfire seemed to still be quite agile in spite of his degeneracy, the parts now restored when used to upgrade OP seemed to make him much quicker, most likely in combination of the MoL's power... And we need to remember also that when OP went to fight The Fallen after being revived/repaired/upgraded he was clearly out for blood, even Megs, that was already not really at the level of OP but quite close at the movie beginning, was now so far behind Prime, seeing how the autobot disarmed and badly damaged his old rival in a one sided ass-handing makes it looks less bad for the Fallen
I think the fallen needed the Allspark to restore his body to its prime. His brothers greatly damaged him thats why he needed that life support chair. If Megatron successfully escaped with the allspark he would have upgraded the Fallen and build an army.
I agree, it was never told in 07 film what was the decepticons intentions with theballspark other than to make a army, they needed the allspark to heal the fallen!

FYI ,Fallen could've easily beaten Optimus without having Megatron to ambush him at all But since the prophecy of "Only a Prime can beat the Fallen was stuck in his head" so he didn't want to take the risk( even though there wasn't any)😂 The prophecy ended up true bcoz Optimus got killed but revived again and got even more Powerful than ever because of Jetfire which fulfilled the prophecy of The Fallen's death..
Funny enough the third and fourth reason makes sense as this even happened in his battle with his brothers, the wiki of this explains that the fallen after defeating his brothers one by one was overconfident that he became weak by this last attempt of using his powers that the last prime was able to use this chance, use the body of his dead brothers and banish him into another dimension.

There a chance that the fallen wasn't able to use it cost it's a prime and a prime in era where he didn't betrayed his brother has the same power but didn't use I mean we saw a whole battlefield full of Cybertronian fighting each other and the fallen was weak in combat cost his time was only close range and Optimus was more powerful because of the battle he gotten in Cybertron and they usually travel alot planet to planet do that mean their no limit on his teleport power

Now maybe I missed something or interpreted what you said wrong, but at 0:56 - 1:06, the way you mentioned your reason implied that Optimus also had the Matrix along with Jetfire's parts, even though earlier we clearly saw the Fallen rip the Matrix out of him, teleported away with it, and inserted it into the star harvester, and we never even saw Optimus try to retrieve it when he tackled the Fallen and destroyed the Harvester with the matrix still inside the machine, so Optimus clearly just had Jetfire's parts, and not the matrix as well, although if you are actually implying that the Matrix gave him a power boost when reviving him, even after it has been ripped out, then yeah that could make sense, though it wasn't implied in the movie if it could or not. It's just it sounded like you implied that he had the Matrix itself in him still when he fought the Fallen. I know it may not be important, I just thought I'd point that out. Other than all that, great video.
To be honest we only see him fight against Jetpower Optimus which (expect Quintessa and Unicron) is stronger then him as we see in the fight so yeah,I don't really think it's weak it was just unlucky to face the Only Transformer stronger then him at that time
