Josh was not asked who had the toughest schedule. He was asked who had the toughest first 5 games. He answered the questioned that was asked. Feel free to ask the question you want answered.
@bjs301 bjs, Sorry but that was the abbreviated title of the question. If you listened to the podcast, a fan from Moore, OK asked which teams had the toughest first 5 games of the 2026 season. That was the question Josh was answering.
@Early1sooner Yeah, I'd just like to know his view on the overall schedules. BTW, if your Sooners win all their first five games, they're going to be scary.
@bjs301 I think the question was asked that way to see which teams might have early losses. OU’s 2nd game @ Michigan 4th @ Georgia & 5th in Dallas vs TX. Those are 3 tough game’s especially since they aren’t home games
4:54 Colorado is hype over substance. Woefully underperforming, but that's not unexpected. They needed an identity and went the flashy route. Can't be mad at them for trying. The problem with going "prime" is that it sells fun and an aire of braggadociousness. It's all great when you're riding high, but there's no substance to hold onto when things grind to a halt or go south. He's not on the roster and you can't teach his abilities to other players. Plus you came in and fired most of the roster to bring your own guys in.... do you know what message that sends to prospective players? Added pressure and fear can be good motivators but it's not a good team model. He's a better hype man than a coach, which i guess helps in recruiting but who are the coaches that will be helping you develop? There's even talk around here that he should return to FSU. Wouldn't that be something?
Just a couple of years ago, we defeated you 6 seasons in a row! Let me unpack that for your Texas brain for almost an entire decade we owned you! Sit down And on top of that you spent twice what we did on your roster, and you still sat home and watched us in the playoffs
Get ready to play a healthy qb for once and not a third string TE or guy with string for ligaments in his thumb…like the last two years 😂 check all time too we own you little bro. Always rent free in your heads lmao.
Oklahoma leads Texas in recognized national titles (7 to 4), conference titles (50 to 33), Heisman winners (7 to 2), weeks in the AP Poll (922 to 807), and weeks at No. 1 (101 to 50). BOOMER
I still want to puke every time I see these schedules and see how geographically stupid the conferences now are!
So this is labeled as "toughest schedules", but just focuses on early season games? That ain't right.

@Early1sooner The video is labeled, "toughest schedules", not "toughest early season". It's just inaccurate, that's all.

Hey Josh, quick idea for the “five second timeout”. You should clap instead of actually calling timeout a la Kirby Smart
All FSU games are lovable games.
Tx, it's either/or but probably somewhere in the middle of that. WTF kinda take is that!
Second time today heard the word 'proffer' when has that been a real word?
I think it had to have been misused there.
Didn't Tanner Alabama also get hit by two EF5 tornadoes??
Or was one of them an F5 then an F4.
El Reno as well-been a couple places hit by two EF-5/F5 ‘Naders.
He did preface it by saying his life time so 🤷♂️
@stevejones799pretty sure Tanner was in the 2011 super outbreak, but I could be wrong.
SC will be a harder game for Oklahoma than Missouri .
Mr. Commish, you’ve dropped the ball on this one. In no world is USC’s schedule tougher than Ohio State’s
LSU 4-8 😂

More like. Oklawaya
USC schedule would have been in the toughest if they didn’t wiggle out of facing ND. And all that to still miss the playoffs.
Once again Texas hardest game is out of conference
Holy cow...how do you not even mention OSU...clearly the toughest schedule in 2026.
OU will still go 10-2
Then lose in the playoffs
Oklahoma will have 3 losses by Halloween. 😂
oklahoma fans get ready to go without a touchdown against us for the 4th time in 5 years😂

@Sooners4Life-S4Lnot to mention OU will probably hold the b12 title record for the next 50 years 😂
@Sooners4Life-S4L in the history of this rivalry you have never defeated us 8 years in a row. typical ou fan. a complete ignoramus.

Texas SOS the first two years, Josh said it was easy? Really? Bro common...lol
