I recieved mdy kitchen 5 cup chopper..... put it together many times it DOES NOT WORK. watched the video on how to put together... does not work when I pulsed or hold down . help

I wish they would demo this product on cooked chicken breast or cooked meat for those on special diets. I want to see it puree or semi puree foods for people waiting for dental work, patients following bariatric surgery, people with chewing issues, people on a dysphasia diet that must puree their meals. There’s also some recipes that you need to do this, pates, chopped liver, etc.
