Did you have good experience with the food? The most negative reviews I see state restaurants always close randomly with no notification, so food options are minimal. People have also said staying in the castle your room service takes forever, and is always cold.
Hola! Our experience with the food at Sanctuary was incredible, it was the best food we tried at a resort so far and all the restaurants were open when we stayed there. The room service did take a long time but we only ordered desserts. Hope this helps! =)
Finest is 10x better than el carmen. Although el carmen is fully adults only, finest punta cana has an adults only side of the resort. Finest has better beach, better food, and better location

Disappointed about the beach which is full of seaweeds. Nice that the hotel ground is beautiful.
Just don't travel to carribean during seaweed season....
