    What about for long toss? Should the arm action be longer?

      The follow through yes, but the mechanics should change any farther then a 3rd base throw

    Great tips. I do feel that many smaller softball players struggle to keep their fingers on top of the ball as they separate to equal and opposites. Just a not to young softball coaches out there. They may have to cup under a few more years.

    I have a pitching that was in the miner league and long toss I bad for you arm I runs your arm out it is only good when you know the proper mechanics

    That is considered a short arm don't do it you will be throwing much slower than usual
