4 DISCIPLINES OF EXECUTION BOOK OVERVIEW
The 4 Disciplines of Execution Book helps you lead your global cross-functional team and implement principles & practices that many Fortune 500 organizations, such as Boeing and Marriot, have implemented to achieve success in their industry. Watch the video from beginning to the end to learn all about the four big ideas, and how you can apply this to your own career leading projects.
Achieving your organization's strategic objectives for your most complex projects, especially if they're associated with a budget of more than a Million Dollars, is challenging to do, and it's extremely difficult to get it exactly right. How do you manage your day-to-day activities while still keeping track of your team's most important progress? The 4 Disciplines of Execution book provides a repeatable framework to help you execute your most important strategic goals with your team, while still being involved in your "whirlwind" of day-to-day activities.
