I got a doubt, is it mandatory to work some years with with employer to transfer 482 visa to 186 Visa coz I got an offer from a hospital for RN and they says now sponsor 482 visa and upon arrival they will proceed 186 visa .. is it possible or need to waiting some years to process 186 visa

But on the official website there another text: "Have relevant work experience
Unless exempt, most applicants need to have at least 3 years relevant work experience in their occupation." Nothing about SAME employer...
