The real reason Hades became the villain in Hercules, is because there was no child friendly way to have Hera be the villain of the story. In the actual Hercules myths, Hera is the villain due to her anger of Zeus's continued infidelities. She can't take her anger out on Zeus due to him being the king of the gods, but the demi-god offspring, she could take all her anger out on them.

Vlad is evil because of jealousy. He literally couldn’t move on from what wasn’t his to begin with. Jack and Maddy were in love, and he simply couldn’t accept it. Had Vlad simply looked for a woman who saw him and still accepted him despite his faults, Vlad probably would have been better off, and probably happier.
Keldor became Skeletor due to a combination of resentful at being denied his birthright, the effects of using the Havok Staff, and Hordak removing his memories While hes definitely evil, even after regaining his memories, he definitely has some justification for some of his actions
But in episode " master of all time " Vlad still evil while Danny save young vlad from mistake but Accidental young danny dad became plasimus but he have good heart
Sideshow Bob: Once a Sidekick to Krusty the Clown Bob Grew Tired of being viewed as the Bafoon being blasted out of the Cannon. What made it worse is Bart Found out the Truth that He's responsible for Krusty being Framed.
That is not the reason why Skeletor became a villain. He got his face melted by he-man's Father, King Randor and how to make a deal with Horvath that would make him become Skeletor otherwise he will die.
Grevious is not a villain at all, his planet was in primitive state but Trade Federation still invaded and enslaved. And he successfully led a rebellion to quell TF. However, leaders of Trade Federation under influence of Sidius and Pleagus went to Senate and accused Grevious "sabotage their trading network". The Senate immediately send Jedi knights to suppress the rebellion without any investigstions. And the Jedi Order brainlessly do that without consulting to the force, which led to all citizens in Republic despited Jedi Order after that. But nevertheless, Grevious still led the rebellion until be mortally wounded during one sabotage mission. He want to die but Dooku successfully convinced him to continue to live for revenge for that Jedi Order and The Republic has done to his people.
Sozin started the hundred year war, and maybe some generational trauma, to prove the fire nation is technologically advanced than the others and wanted to share some of it to them, but Avatar Roku wasn't into that, especially some time after that talk he found Sozin made a fire nation colony in earth kingdom territory.

(since that group would most likely act as judge, jury, and executioner to ALL of those savages). And hey, If the Americans got involved and used their tech to turn the Fire Nation into glass, it'll be a symbol that God delivered justice
