Same!! It does not require intense focus, is interesting enough to watch, but not so interesting that I can't easily walk away at any point and continue on the next food break
“ my father got the apron at a house that they rented back in 1970 and thought it would be a good family heirloom”….so he stole it? Is that what you’re saying?
Correction. Prince used the symbol bc the record company owned his masters. Not his name. He didn't think that was right so he didn't wanna promote his brand as a protest.

I know right!? I’ve worked in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC, arguably the greatest museum collection on earth and this ring looks 100% like something on display there. Even the gold work I’ve seen just as beautiful as that ring on much earlier pieces.
I have never seen a single offer by Chumlee that wasn’t a complete lowball. Most of his offers are insulting low and those that don’t barter with him are chumps.
If dude really wanted money to buy something from the shop he should have tried to trade it instead of sell it. They have a lot less money in their merchandise so he probably could have gotten more in trade
Just once, I'd like to see Rick (or any of them) call am expert before they f8nd out what the customer is asking for the item. It feels almost like they go inbthe back and call the "expert" and give them the dollar amount the customer wants and they know to appraise it at half that so they get their cut. Prince did not change his name for legal reasons. Warner Bros did not own the rights to the name Prince and he was still under contract with Warner Bros when he changed his name to the love symbol. He changed his name more or less out of protest because he was unhappy with his contract. Since Prince was his legal first name I highly doubt any company could have legally prevented him from using it. Warwick is an expert??

How's it considered stealing if the previous renter left it? They obviously didn't want it.
