It's surprising so many years passed yet the main culprit hasn't been pinned down . Just goes to show perhaps how some influential people are in control of the judiciary . If this was the case of a poor person perhaps the culprit would've been found & case would've successfully closed many years ago.

SDRF has surplus funds, state can use it for immediate relief and rehabilitation activities and file properly for funds. Hence they are uncomfortable with the blitzkrieg against a business man they themselves have a tie up with behind the scenes.
