Greetings I have a problem with my skyworth ub 7500 50 inch. I hooked it up with jbl soundbar using the hdmi cable connected to the tvs first hdmi port. But every time I power on or restart the tv. There is no audio,have to recycle through the SPDIF type settings to get sound from the soundbar.

Hi, there. It could possibly be that the DSTV app is corrupt. I suggest delete the app and reload from Android store. Alternatively you can contact DTSV to find out if there issues with the app. Hope this helps.

Was hoping someone would talk about the audio capabilities. You can't connect any external audio except bluetooth. Can't seem to find a workaround for this.
@dyuneko maluleke DSTV App is basically useless - I have a Hisense Android TV and Mi Box and it keeps crushing on all the devices. I have to force stop and uninstall and reinstall for it to work.

Worst TV I've ever had once I install games it starts freezing DSTV app goes black after a few seconds I got a replacement and still the same after a year, I dont install games on it anymore This TV is a piice of sh!t

Instead of using an HDMI cable, try using an digital optical cable for your sound bar. That's what I use for my sound bars and I love it. No issues

Year ago I opted for sinotec, as ive had experience with it. instead of this and no issue's with. Everything works as it's supposed to.
But why are you installing games in a TV with such small space? Of course it will slow down after that 😅😅
