I have my boss wyverns I only level Mel. Get them to 600 Mel and I run alpha with them. They are diff wyverns so I just let them bite with no ai attack. Don’t have to worry about crafting saddles or ammo. Easy 428 element. I have over ten min left when I beat it so you can definitely use wyverns with less mel
Them pillars If its not been changed used to snap all 2 the first pillar so if you drop the first one it all drops. I used to use rails it's long as fuck to do but they all have snaps
