You can't say that for sure. If it didn't go through the shields of the Kamar-taj warriors, why would it go through theirs ? Only a very powerful blast like Voldemort did could do so.

Horcruxes, disappearing into thin air and able to harm your opponent by appearing immediately out of nowhere, and I trust the golden trio as they'd figure out a way to destroy the darkhold which makes Wanda the Scarlet witch.
