If you guys are staying in Manila for New Years Eve, you should go to a rooftop bar/area with a 360 view of the entire city so that you can watch as the ENTIRE City of Manila erupt in Fireworks! It's a once in a lifetime experience!
I heard that veggies are having hard time in finding food in restaurants here in PH especially in National Capital Region. In Glorietta mall Makati, they used to have a vegetarian restaurant owned by an Indian expat. They sold sausages, burgers, plant based balls. The taste was almost like meat. The restaurant also lasted for more than 5 yrs.
