The product is very nice, but the base plate is too small for birds to have a grip and sit on it and feed themselves, Need to give a bigger base plate.
I have been using feeders for more than 15yrs now but it's so unfortunate that each year the quality keeps deteriorating rather than improving. In the last order i received one of the feeder in broken condition while it was still in the package that you packed and sent it. Honestly, one doesn't mind paying a bit extra for a better quality of product so please improvise on the quality of possible.
