Tiger JK was like the polar opposite of the other bosses, but I think it's really interesting and refreshing to see different kind of bosses' personalities, especially since they're from different fields..
Actually, SM is a good company lol whether you want to deny it or not they are very professional with their works and very systematic. Fans just want to believe that they are a bad company when in fact they have done a lot of amazing things that fans are not aware of.
Even SM is a cruel company they're open to share what they have/do to make a good, rich and one of the biggest company in SoKor .. I'm an SM stan but i was so shocked when Tiger JK said that they will have a trip in SM company and has an appointment to the one of their boss i was like "it's true?" "It's possible?" and hoping that he's company will become a successful someday ☺️

SM aren't really strict about who can enter the building. I mean as in as long as you have business there, there's more than likely you are able to enter. I believes in a show hyunmoo brought some people inside (one of them was cho saeho).

What is a good thing as well is that if one concept does well (such as red flavor by RV or growl by EXO), SM doesn't repeat it. SM doesn't repeat concepts no matter how popular the song/theme.

I slightly disagree with what you said. Of course money is important because they are a big company overall. However, SM is known to have iconic songs and successful groups. Even the groups have variety of concepts and talents to showcase. I agree that SM is not the best company but they do care about the songs and music. Most of SM songs and idols are highly praised.
