How do you replace these on a very old existing fiberglass pool? The entire jet assembly is brittle and crumbling. Would i need to cut the top concrete deck to gain rear access, or can it be done by cutting out some of the fiberglass side and then doing fiberglass repair after install?
Hi. You might be able to remove and replace the return jet face (the part that is visible in the pool) without replacing the entire fitting. If not, you will need to gain access to the outside pool wall to replace the fitting and replace the pipework. Good luck!

How far down from the top of the pool should the return fiitings be placed
Hi. Usually 300mm down from the top of the pool and roughly 1200mm horizontally apart. Cheers.
