Is it going to work all the time? Nope.
However, you can say the same thing about our helmets made of the same stuff. A 9mm will go right through it at 15m, but they deflect 7.62x39 quite often, and have a unique interaction known as "haloing" which is where the bullet spins around the inside of it several times. I love the infographics and fact-based presentation of the events. It's easy to get lost in politics these days when it comes to policing, but simple transparency like this makes it so much easier for people to comprehend these situations.
As someone who lives in Indy, this is frightening because I felt safe when i lived in Fort Wayne and in Indy. This sucks and I’m glad the officers were able to handle it.
bro im in indiana as well (not in indy) scared the heck outa me
@@kurizlol same, but I never heard about this until now, glad our Police dont fuck around and actually take care of stuff
Same live in speedway in first time hearing this also
Dude..... new subscriber! Love your vids! KEEP IT UP!
Man. These videos are upsetting to watch since the officers don't just immediately take out the bad guy. Shot 2 people, ran one over, shot at a cop, shot at a cop again, fled, then stops and has enough time to shoot a cop.
We are way too delicate with violent criminals
Haters gonna hate😐. If you were paying attention, they didn't exactly know which direction the suspect took. Therefore making it a bit difficult. Plus the angle that he was at when he stopped to start shooting the shit out of that cop was the perfect angle since it would be hard for the cop to get to safety. Don't criticize cops. Sure there will always be that one bad one, bit they are still here to protect us. Just think what would have happened if they weren't there at all. Someone might have actually ended up dying.
@@that94n95chevy always be that bad one? There’s many bad ones, but yet again people die anyways, even if they lived in this many people die everyday
And yea, it would be good if they took them out right away
And yes you are correct that it is hard, I agree with both of you and I disagree with both to.
Lol
Sadly verlis if they just immediately smoked the guy people would whine about them killing him if they don't take action those same people bitch that they didn't stop him and then screech for gun control
Right? We need to be able to treat our felons like Russia does theirs. GOD it's fun to watch Russian cops in action.
Never thought I’d agree with a poketuber lol

I love how you give a fair view of the police officers perspective in a world that hates cops for the actions of a few. Police really need more support these days and it's sad to see all the hate when they're helping people and saving lives.
People fail to understand that cops... are people. Naturally flawed in every single way the next person is, and nobody is perfect. But what I pick up from the majority of cop haters is that cops should/need/have to be perfect. An impossible standard. So while that standard is the goal cops should strive for in these morons heads, there will always be people hating cops for being just that, whether they're good cops or bad cops.
2:54 no one gonna talk about how smart that dog/cat is to run home
Just amazing that no one ended up needing a forever box.
Props to the cops here, especially the one who took a round & stayed in the fight like a boss. Glad all the good guys are okay. This is why I back the blue!
But they will NEVER , EVER , back you.
@@disabledvet5124 Sure they will, it's their job.
@@javierfranceschi5715 Yeah, more like back us against a wall when their masters tell them to execute dissidents. Police are going to turn on the people. Maybe not all, but some. Only you and your own truly have your best interest in mind.
@@disabledvet5124 “NEVER, EVER”? Seriously? How can you watch this video, then say that? True, there are some bad cops & some bad leadership but most are good who do their best to protect & serve.
@@silverletter4551 I should say to not blindly back the blue. Vast majority of cops are honest & upstanding. That doesn’t mean there are bad ones or departments can’t be corrupted. When the police violate their oath, that’s when my support stops. Also, I’m not worried about being lined up against a wall because we have 2A.
“They definitely hit the guy because he limp noodled pretty quickly” LMAO
That could have caused the "LIMP WRIST" stove pipe jam shown in the gun that they picked up. That last trigger pull didn't have any resistance to help the action function & could have been a "JERK" shot from being shot.
Completely unjustified shooting. The officers could have simply ran up on the man between his trigger pulls, talked calmly to him, give him a shoulder rub while discussing his hard childhood..... or, eff that guy. Hats off to all the officers involved. Officer Iverson is a braver person than I. I'd have pants full of poo in addition to the dent on my Kevlar.
the synth-wave music in the background is seriously perfect for this
Makes me think of like a GTA heist or something lol
Its the kind of music they put in old police training videos
It was the “window licking booger eating terrorist” that got me 🤣🤣🔥🔥👌🏼
“He might as well die because he was charged with 23 felonies” bruh 😂💀
Today, a judge would give him a 1000 lashes with a wet noodle.
True justice would be for him to hang on for a couple of years, enduringsurgery after surgery, FINALLY dying of complications die to infection and trauma.
@@MrPaige222 ok?
He is trying to get the world record for the most felonies lol
@@mr.phoenix8691 dude still got a way to go apparently there's some 19yr in Florida who got like slapped with 142 felony charges lmao to top off the 5 they already had prior.
