Here's a short review of the USB converter for charging DJI Intelligent batteries.
Unfortunately the item is quite disappointing, and is charging at super-slow power rate.

Get a USB power bank with QC 3.0, plug into the power bank and the spark with a bttery installed in the spark using a micro USB cable. Works like a charm! A normal (non QC 3.0) power bank will work too, but it will just be slower. Using a USB test meter, I found the SPARK uses 5 V @ 2 Amps with a normal USB power bank (10 watts) and will go to 12V at 1.5 Amps (18 watts) when a QC 3.0 power bank is used. That QC 3.0 charges the 16.7 Watt Hour SPARK battery in just under 1 hour (18 watts into a ~17 watt hour battery is just under 1 hr). Using the 5 volt, 2 amp charger, it will take about 1 hr 45 min to charge a SPARK battery using the port under the rear cover where the Micro SD card slot and Micro USB port are.
A normal 6000 mah power bank is enough to recharge one spark battery with some power left over (I have done it) - for those who are weight conscious, such as when hiking. If weight isn't an issue, a QC 3.0 power bank with 10,000 mah or above should be able to charge 2 spark batteries using the method above.
Interestingly - no power bank was charging my Spark. Feels like it is disabled in some regions or revisions.

Charging my spark with a power bank takes 1.5-2 hours, but I can’t use my second battery while charging it. This accssory (😉) would have been pretty useful if it worked...

what charger is cheap? If the spark can charge using micro USB, I would think there would be a inexpensive charger to charge a battery by itself

Do you know if there are any conection between pins 1 and 6 to the other four?
As well as i know, pins 2 and 5 are conected together, as the pins 3 and 4 are also.

Why don't you buy a power bank with an ac adapter like the one from rav power they have one with 20100 mah sounds just right .. But I haven't seen any videos about it you should try and see if it works .. Would help me a lot thanks.
Hi Joshua, I have never had this power bank. Could be that it works fine. Likely, if a power bank was a good option, there was going to be one offered by DJI themselves.
Right now batteries for Spark are cheaper than even and I'd go in that direction :-)

Could be! I have seen some people praising it. But checking its operation - didn't seem to be defect. After thinking a lot about this kind of option I ended up with the idea investing in more batteries :D

Have you ever seen yet another charger like (s.aliexpress.com/UBn2amyy ) ? That has QC3.0 micro usb slot. I'm wondering will it be able to charge spark battery from power bank?
hmm, this one looks a little better than the reviewed here rubbish.
I've been making some thoughts about that: you may buy a spark battery for less than 50USD now. And if you have such a charger - heay, it may charge one, maximum two batteries, but if you go for larger capacity, you will buy something decent that operates at 220 volts too... So everything I'm trying to say - it could seem to you an expensive initiative, but either get more batteries, or buy a pro-line charger that works at 220. No matter how good the converter is, to charge a battery it will take considerably longer than what you need.

spark batteries expect 13 volts at slightly under 4 amps. 13 times 4 equals 52 watts. you can't make power that's not there - the manufacturers are idiots or thieves or both.

You can charge Lipo batteries at as low a rate (amps) as you like... It just takes longer.
